From scratch since 1990
Sal's Famous started in the small town of Gibbons, Alberta — family-owned, family-run, and feeding the community ever since. We never chased trends; we just make great food the way we always have.
Our dough is hand-pressed fresh on-site every single day, our produce hand-picked and chopped daily, and every recipe — from our signature pizza spice to our sauces — is 100% original.
Since day one we've partnered with Canadian dairy and produce farmers, sourcing meats, cheese and vegetables locally — and our bread is delivered fresh every week from a local Italian bakery. That's the whole secret: honest ingredients, original recipes, and fresh, authentic flavour in every bite.
